I came to make some significant headway in my fitness training and to also help with my diet. I feel that I accomplished both goals while having a great time, meeting some new people, and seeing some beautiful scenery. The courses are well tailored to the individual’s capacities, but expect to be pushed to do your best. The hotel was comfortable and the food was very good. I was never hungry even though I ate significantly less food than at home. I would recommend it!
