I felt great after the week. I genuinely feel capable of adding extra distance to my runs and I have done so. I am also including resistance training and stretching more. I am still off coffee and conscious of keeping to eating patterns/meal times. What a good girl! I have wanted to improve and focus for a while but I needed a push and the week provided just that.
