I spent nine days with RFH in July. This was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I learned more about weight loss and fitness and made more progress during those nine days than I had trying to lose weight on my own for over a year. And best of all, for the first time in my life I feel motivated to CONTINUE losing weight and getting fit—Mel even taught me how to actually ENJOY working out!
