Hi Mel I had a great time at your camp and yes it was a great start to getting back to race fitness. Training is going very well and I have a tri in 4 weeks times so that will be good to test my fitness levels. Must admit I was suprised to lose so much weight but I have lost another 1.5kilos so all is going well.
