Dear Mel and all the crew at RFH fitness, First of all, best wishes to you all for a wonderful year in 2012 ! This is something I’ve been meaning to do for ages, so I thought I’d start off the new year with warmest greetings and thanks again to you all. I was at RFH in July and August and have been keeping on track ever since, thanks to the guidance, encouragement and hard work you all put in helping me get in better shape. After leaving I continued to lose weight and am currently at 60 kilos and holding. Fitness has been a rockier road, but have also managed to hold on to muscle tone and am again working regularly on cardio. I have actualy been on a mountain bike (and will be doing more with my son) and have begun scuba diving lessons. I can’t thank you all enough for the terrific boost you gave me last summer! Sorry to take so long saying it.
