Spending a week at RFH in July helped to re-focus my fitness routine. The week helped to completely re-energise me and now 6 weeks on I am still feeling very motivated and have kept to a health regime. My sessions with Lissa have definitely helped me to stay on track and I felt this was an excellent part of the programme to help with motivation and also for me the stability exercises have helped improve an old injury and my general flexibility. Excellent team and programme.
