Hi guys. Thanks so much for a fantastic 2 weeks! I can’t believe how much I achieved, and I’ve returned to grey and miserable London with a fresh perspective of life and renewed energy. This was exactly the change / rejuvenation I needed, and I feel like a new person. The best part is that I have been able to continue with the good things I learned about diet and fitness on the programme and it feels sustainable, and I’m really enjoying the healthy lifestyle and keeping the weight off and fitness up. Massive thanks, Mel, for organising everything and also to DTD and Trui for being magnificent trainers and for being so patient with my many questions. Huge thanks also to Lissa for her practical and pragmatic sessions, which were terrific and have really helped to embed the positive learning I experienced on the course into my day-to-day life—while it’s impossible to replicate the programme back home in London with work etc., I feel I’ve left RFH with practical and sustainable techniques for a much happier and healthier life. I would highly recommend RFH to anyone making a fresh start and positive change to their lives.
