Before you start your programme, we conduct a detailed assessment of your health & fitness.
If you're looking to lose weight, we understand that it can be a stressful and difficult process. Not only will we support you physically, we'll also provide motivational support too. In addtion, as an optional service, you'll be able to choose from a range of confidential sessions with a cognitive trainer and a life coach that may help to change your mindset and keep you on track.
If you're trying to regain or improve your fitness, it's important that you don't push yourself too hard too fast; development needs to be a gradual process that you can maintain once you leave.

When you leave
We don't want to see all your hard work undone once you return home so we send you on your way with a nutrition and exercise guide at the end of your holiday to help you to reach your goals.
