We won’t shout at you or expect you to run marathons, crawl through mud or eat "pigeon portions", all we ask is that you be prepared to push yourself and to give that little bit extra. We will encourage you (always) and push you (when appropriate), but we will always treat you with respect and we won’t throw you in at the deep end.
Our flexible holidays – open all year, arrive on any day, stay for any duration – are ideal. No matter how much or how little time you have, we're open and are here to help.
