Mel & Team at RFH Fitness - Wow what an extremely wonderful 4 nights stay with you all. The staff making us extremely welcome, and providing a really well organised fitness programme each day! It was a wonderful experience to be actually keeping fit, but also seeing the beautiful surroundings of andalucia and watching the sunrise whilst Nordik walking at 7.30a.m. - Our family all had a remarkable time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the Gym/Spa/Cycling and hiking. The hotel was excellent and extremely comfortable and offered plenty to choose from the menu - which was always served fresh and always tasted great. I would highly recommend RFH to anyone wishing to improve their fitness. Keep up the good work RFH!

This was my second time at RHF and was just as enjoyable as the first. It is really well run, with great gym and spa facilities and an excellent hotel. It is an ideal place to kickstart or improve your fitness and you really will get out of it what you put in. This area of andalucia is beautiful and there are some great locations in which to hike and cycle. Whilst I was there I both lost weight and improved my fitness and so I would readily recommend RFH for everyone

I have been to RFH three times now. On all occasions I achieved very significant weight loss, improved fitness and reduced heart rate. The quality and knowledge of the staff is exceptional, and they look at all aspects of your life-style to give an integrated overview of your problems. The hotel is excellent, with friendly helpful staff, and very tasty food. The sports facilties at the hotel are better than most leisure centres. The area is ideal for walking and hiking, with a flat plain on one side of the town for those with a poor fitness to start on, and a selection of beautiful mountains on the other for more strenuous walking and some great single track mountain biking. If you are looking to improve your fitness or reduce your weight, it would be very hard to find anywhere move effective than Rio Frio.

Dear Mel and all the crew at RFH fitness, First of all, best wishes to you all for a wonderful year in 2012 ! This is something I've been meaning to do for ages, so I thought I'd start off the new year with warmest greetings and thanks again to you all. I was at RFH in July and August and have been keeping on track ever since, thanks to the guidance, encouragement and hard work you all put in helping me get in better shape. After leaving I continued to lose weight and am currently at 60 kilos and holding. Fitness has been a rockier road, but have also managed to hold on to muscle tone and am again working regularly on cardio. I have actualy been on a mountain bike (and will be doing more with my son) and have begun scuba diving lessons. I can't thank you all enough for the terrific boost you gave me last summer! Sorry to take so long saying it.

My RFH Fitness experience was a life changing experience. I first went in March 2010 and then I went again in October 2011. In total I've lost 63lbs/28.5kg and changed my lifestyle. I still have more to lose, but I know what to do now to be smart about my health. This is the best place I could have gone to kick start all of that.  If you are looking to transform your health habits, RFH can teach you the tools to do so. Yes, it is hard work and you are busy most of the day as you can easily fill the day with all the activity options they provide. However, the hard work is worth it and the more you put in, the more you can gain from the experience. I love that the hotel is nice and you can have your own room without paying a single supplement. They also pick you up/ take you back to the airport in Malaga at anytime so your flight options are fairly open. The food is delightful and properly proportioned too. The proximity of the hotel to the gym/spa is ideal. Additionally, the trainers are great with lots of different activities to choose from. I never knew how much I would enjoy hiking and cycling until I went to RFH. If you can't tell, I loved it! I hope to be back again as I get closer to a total loss of 100lbs/45kg. Big thanks to RFH!
