I warmly recommend the fitness holiday of Rio Frio if you want to make a healthy change in lifestyle. I both lost weight and added muscle mass during my stay of 12 days. I have noticed that with the help of Mel I now have a bit different approach to uphill walking than before. They are excellent chances for us to get some strength! Quad biking, the rope bridge and the zip line added some extra elements of adventure which were really good for overcoming some fears.
