Your report has reminded me how worthwhile the break was. The main positive for me is what I learned from the personal trainers during my time in Antequerra and I have tried to put some of it into practice since I have been back. I am starting my first Yoga class on Saturday (as a result of trying it out in Antequerra). I have also recently purchased a foam roller as I would like to repeat some of the SMR exercises to relieve my tight muscles. I haven’t forgotten how painful my massage was! I am eating a lot healthier too and trying new foods like Qui Noa. I am certainly noticing the benefits. All of these things I probably would not have done were it not for my experiences in Antequerra. Thank you to you all for your coaching and advice during my stay. Hopefully, I will be able continue the positive changes I have made already.
