I came to RFH not sure what to expect. My objective to improve fitness and learn a bit about gym and diet. I achieved these objectives. The programme developed by Mel was great-mornings spent hiking and biking around some great Andalucian country side and then afternoons in the Gym with a personal fitness program that I found very challenging. Great guides in Mel, Steph and Janina. Overall a great holiday, great fun with some wonderful people and felt great coming back to Dublin.
