Weight-loss and fitness breaks with RFH Fitness are a unique combination of cycling, hiking and fitness training (including weight training, circuit training, Boxercise, Body Balance, Yoga and Pilates), as well as nutritional advice and optional cognitive training.
If this sounds daunting, don’t worry – all of our programmes take into account your level of fitness, your health and fitness goals and your fitness training likes and dislikes. In fact, our holidays are suitable for people of any standard of fitness and age.
There are also opportunities to horse ride, rock climb, kayak, swim and to receive top-class swim coaching, as well as access to a luxury on-site spa all day, every day for when you need to unwind. All of our weight-loss and fitness holidays start with a full health assessment (if requested) including:

As an optional extra service, guests staying 7 nights or longer may also participate in personally-tailored, completely confidential sessions with a qualified and experienced cognitive trainer or life coach. At the start of your course you will have the opportunity to meet with a trainer or coach, who will offer a training programme. This will enhance the long-term motivation needed to help you reach your fitness and weight-management goals.
