AT RFH, we believe that improving your health and fitness doesn't have to be scary; it's all about moderation and consistency - the small changes that make a big difference.
That's why we have our RFH Philosophy, tailored to our clients to help bring out a new and improved you...one small step at a time:

No fad diets. We're not about starving or eating lots of ´"rabbit food". We make nutrition recommendations based on sound scientific principles, which generally means pretty much "most things in moderation".

No pushing beyond your limits. Not at the peak of fitness? We will allow you to start off slowly and to build up the intensity. We don´t want to send you home exhausted. No matter how long your stay, we want you to leave us looking and feeling better and ready to carry on the good work!

No shouting or bullying. No "traditional boot-camp" methods here. We work with you to achieve maximum results.
