Our “EFT Emotion Coach” Les Meehan is a qualified creative professional with more than 30 years’ experience, including over 15 years as a qualified teacher and many years as a registered black belt Taekwondo instructor.
Les has a broad knowledge of how your mind and body can help or hinder your progress in whatever you do. As an internationally-published author in his field, Les’ accumulated skills in the areas of perception, creative thinking, martial arts training and mind-body functionality, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges facing our clients.
Specialising in resolving “emotion-fuelled negative thinking” with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - a deceptively simple technique that is very quick and easy to master - Les uses his sensitive and empathetic approach to help you to overcome limiting beliefs, fear, depression, lack of confidence and the numerous other emotional blocks that may be holding you back.
Les brings an exciting additional dimension to your programme by successfully resolving the various “inhibiting writings on the walls of your mind” that affect your self-image, self-esteem, self-belief and the various emotional issues that can be related to personal performance or weight and body perception which are likely to have developed over a person’s lifetime.
