Our fitness holidays are designed to help get you into shape and give you the knowledge and confidence to continue to work towards your own health and fitness goals. Whatever your fitness training and nutrition likes and dislikes, we will show you not only how to train, but also how to fuel your training to maximise your personal results.
Our fitness holidays are available for almost any duration and offer all-inclusive accommodation, meals and fitness training activities. The breaks are usually based around cycling, hiking, running / power-walking, weight training, aerobics, circuit training, Boxercise, Pilates, yoga and flexibility classes. There are also opportunities to participate in spinning classes and to swim. If you join us for long enough and have the time and the inclination, you may also have tennis lessons, do some horse riding, go quad biking and so much more!
Our fitness breaks are suitable for anyone - male or female - of any standard of fitness and of any age - including seniors - whether your goals are to get started on a fitness programme, to improve your health or mobility, or to take your athletic performance to the next level.

I came to RFH not sure what to expect. My objectives: To improve fitness and learn a bit about gym and diet. I achieved these objectives. The programe developed by Mel was great - mornings spent hiking and biking around some great Andalucian countryside and afternoons in the gym with a personal fitness program that I found very challenging. Great guides in Mel, Steph and Janina. Overall a great holiday, great fun, with some wonderful people and felt great coming back to Dublin.

Fitness breaks with RFH Fitness are a unique combination of cycling, hiking and fitness training (including weight training, circuit training, Boxercise, yoga and Pilates), as well as nutrition advice and optional cognitive training.
Our fitness holidays are designed to help you to achieve and maintain your fitness goals - both short and long term – whatever they may be. Fitness holidays may be booked for almost any duration and the programme can be personalised to suit your exercise likes and dislikes.

At the end of your fitness holiday, you will leave with a personal training programme to follow at home. Further advice and support is just a telephone call or e-mail away.
As an optional extra service, guests staying 5 nights or longer may also participate in personally-tailored, completely confidential sessions with a qualified and experienced cognitive trainer. At the start of your course you will have the opportunity to meet with Dr Lissa Dells, who offers a programme of training which is the perfect complement to our physical activities; enhancing the long-term motivation needed to develop consistency in achieving your fitness and weight-management goals.
Just spent a week on a fitness break. There are plenty of activities organised, catering for all ages and abilities and the hikes/bike rides take in some spectacular scenery. The training is very effective, particularly the circuits and stretching exercises. The hotel has a well equipped gym and pool and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it leaves you feeling re-energised and motivated to continue with a healthier lifestyle. I would certainly reccommend it.

Our fitness holidays are usually based around cycling, hiking, running, power-walking, weight training, circuit training, yoga, Pilates, spinning & flexibility classes. The fitness breaks may be booked for any duration, from 4 nights up to 4 weeks or more.
Our fitness breaks are not usually competitive training camps or army-style boot camps. They are designed to provide anyone, of any standard of fitness, with the opportunity to make a fresh start & really commit to achieving those elusive health & fitness goals or athletic improvements.

Flights are not included. (You may find skyscanner.net a very useful resource for finding ridiculously cheap flights to both Malaga & Granada from most UK airports.)

I came to RFH to make some significant headway in my fitness training and to also help with my diet. I feel that I accomplished both goals while having a great time, meeting some new people, and seeing some beautiful scenery. The courses are well tailored to the individual's capacities, but expect to be pushed to do your best. The hotel was comfortable and the food was very good. I was never hungry even though I ate significantly less food than at home. I would recommend it!

Supplements
There is nothing more to pay on a standard fitness break. Prices are based on arrival and departure in the morning, allowing for first meal lunch and last meal breakfast.
It is no problem at all if you will be arriving or departing outside of these times. Price reductions and supplements will apply as follows:
A reduction of €45 if you can´t make it for the afternoon session on the first day.
A supplement of €45 for departure after lunch on the final day.
A further supplement of €35 for departure after the afternoon session, but before dinner, on the final day.

I have just returned from my second visit, not because it failed, but because IT WORKS! I feel energised, motivated and healthy. Building on changes made last year, Steph and Mel pushed me on. The body tests prove it works -I have lost over 4 inches from my waist in a year and improved my cardio vascular fitness beyond recognition.
